Issue Description:
------------------------------
An error 401 access denied appears but the site can be accessed properly
when using NTLM authentication. However, when using a proxy, it needs to log
on the site twice.

Cause:
------------------------------
The Cisco proxy settings

Resolution:
------------------------------
Step 1: Add the problematic site into the "Trusted sites" in "Internet
Options". Please also click "Custom level" button on Security tab, under
"User Authentication", please be sure to check the option "Automatic logon
with current username and password" and click OK.

Step 2: Change the URL on the Cisco box from
“http://sitename.xxx.sitename.net” to http://site
