Configure Windows 7 firewall

Postby guest » Tue Feb 03, 2009 12:38 pm

I've tried making changes to the Firewall settings, but seem to be getting stopped by it on some programs. How can you get more options such as ports, protocols and such, instead of the open/closed feature that Windows 7 has.

Hi,

You can configure it by using Windows Firewall with Advanced Security.

To do this:

Click Start, type Windows Firewall with Advanced Security in Start Search bar, and press enter.
