Black screen while connecting to TS

Cause: 1. MTU size may be too high. 2. you may have a print driver problem. 3. The profile is corrupted. 4. Some programs are running in the background.

I just saw this on your site. On our TS box it seems to be caused by a print driver. Stopping and then starting the print spooler gets you back up and running without having to take down the box.
