how to replicate a domain controller to another dc

im trying to find out exactly how to replicate a domain controller on an old server over to a completely brand new server.....any suggestions would be appreciated

Active Directory replication is dymanic meaning all domain controllers function as peers and all replicate Active Directory database changes to each other automatically.
