Solved: The requested FSMO operation failed

Situation: the client is trying to transfer the FSMO Schema Master role to a new DC in his
Domain. Whenever he attempts the transfer, he gets the following message:
"The requested FSMO operation failed. The current FSMO holder could not be
contacted. The transfer of the current master could not be performed."

Solution: It is the DNS issue. Make sure each DNS server points itself IP and other servers point to the internal DNS.
