Symptom: The client can't access the wireless computer. He has tried to reboot the computer many times.

Troubleshooting: The ipconfig displays:

Windows IP Configuration

An internal error occurred: .A device attached to the system is not functioning

Please contact Microsoft Product Support Services for further help.

Additional information: Unknown media status code.

To fix this problem, remove or disable the wireless, and then re-insert or enable it.
