Symantec endpoint doesn't update definition - Resolution with screenshots

Situation: The client is running Symantec Endpoint 11. The definition is pot of date. When you click fix or LiveUpdate, it doesn't fix the problem or update the definition.


Troubleshooting: They need to upgrade to V12.
