How to enable Share Workbook in Excel

In Excel, you have an option to allow more than one user to make change or workbook merging. This is called Share Workbook. To enable it, please follow these steps.

1. In Excel, select Tools>Share Workbook.

2. In the Editing screen, check Allow change by more than one user at the same time.
