Troubleshooting Igetmail issues - Resolution with screenshots

Situation: The client is using igetmail to download email from their POP3 email server from their domain host. However, they can't make it work.

Troubleshooting: The Igetmail message log shows it downloading the email from the POP3 server, but never deliver to Outlook.

Problem 1: Create a receive connector on Exchange and then setup SMTP on Igetmail.

Resolution 2: If it is individual email from other email server, you may need to setup a rule to deliver to the Exchange mailbox.

Resolution 3: Try to send email to test the settigns.

4. Setup the POP3 email address and local Exchange email address in the Account so that the email can be delivered to local Exchange mailbox.
