Peplink Issues

Case 1: After adding the Peplink to the system with multiple ISPs, some users have problems to login security web site.

Resolution: In the Outbound Policy, create Persistence policy (as shown below) so that each internet session will peek the same session.


 
Case 2: After adding the Peplink to the system with multiple ISPs, some users have problems to access web database. The connection may stop after 10 minutes or time out.

Resolution: same as the Case 1.

Case 3: After adding a Peplink with Name server created, some company's web sites don't work.

Resolution: add those web site to Peplink DNS A Records.

Case 4: After adding the Peplink, sending/receiving email are very slow.

Causes: The name server or DNS settings in the Peplink are incorrect.

Case 5: After adding the Peplink to the system with multiple ISPs, some users complain their internet access still slow.

Resolution: If we check their computers' public IP address, they are still using slow slow connection. First of all, make sure you setup slow connect and ISP as low priority. Then ask the reboot their computers to create the new web sessions.
