Canon color printer doesn't have  - Resolution with screenshots

Situation: The user has a Canon Multi Function Color printer installed in his computer. However, when he opens the Properties of the printer and then Quality, he doesn't have Color Mode. This screen shot is what he should have.

Finally, we fix the problem by install Canon Multi Function printer driver.
