Requested session denied Remote Control - Resolution with screenshots

Situation: The client is running Windows 2008 R2 as Remote Desktop server for users to access it remotely. They enable remote control for troubleshooting remote session problem. That works. However, they can't access a user's remote session using remote control with this message: Requested session denied Remote Control

Troubleshooting: The remote user may have multiple monitors and they are not enabled. To fix the problem, open Properties of RDP. Click on Display. Check Use all monitors for the remote session.
