Desktop background is turned off during remote connection - Resolution with screenshots

 

 

Situation: 1. After login a remote desktop session, the background is black and you can't make change.

 

2. When using one computer access a RD server, the background is black while using different commuter, you have a normal background or you can make the change.

 

Resolutions: 1. Open emote Desktop options to change the display settings.

 

2. If you have Window s7 or 8, open Remote Desktop options and click Experience tab. y design, the low speed connection may disable Desktop background.


 

change to the high speed may fix the problem.

  

 

3. If you can't make the change, it could be the group policy restrict the change and you need to contact to administrator.
