Symptom: After upgrading the XP to SP3, you may receive this error: "This portion of the Remote Web Workplaces requires the Microsoft Remote Desktop ActiveX Control. our browser's security settings may be preventing your from download ActiveX controls. Adjust these settings, and try to connect again."
Resolution: 1. Run IE. 2. Click Tools>Manage Add-on. 3. Highlight Microsoft RDP Client Control (redist). 4. Select Enable and click OK to add the RDP Client Control
