Access is denied when shadowing a remote session with multiple monitors enabled - Resolution with screenshots

Situation: the client is running Windows 2008 R2 as Remote Desktop Server. When a permitted users attempt to shadow a remote session, he may get "Access id denied".

Cause:  If a Remote Desktop Session is created using the /multimon switch or by selecting the checkbox "Use all my monitors for the remote session" on the display tab, the session will not be able to be Remote Controlled or shadowed by using Remote Desktop Manager.

Resolution: Uncheck "Use all my monitors for the remote session" in Display of Remote Desktop Connection.
