Telnet test also OK when testing the VNC server. Resolutions: 1. Re-start the VPN service or reboot the VNC server. 2. Double check the ports forwarding or make the port range from 5800 to 5900. 3. Make sure not other VNC version is running on the same computer. 4. Try to use IP:0 that will connect to the first available port.
