Unlock account in ADAC - Resolution with screenshots

Q: I just installing Active Directory Administrative Center in my Windows 10. When a user account is locked, I don't see this message:"This account is currently locked out on this Active Directory Domain Controller". Is this by design?

A: You can check if the account is locked or not by checking the status of the padlock symbol.

When the account is locked, the symbol is shown to be closed:

After you unlock the account, you can see a change in the symbol:
