Clustering network issue with Event ID 28

We setup two physical servers for clustering. Each host has 1 NIC for management, 2 NICs for iSCSI, 3 NICs configured as teaming for VM. Each Host has 2 VM, for example exch-cas01 and exch-mail02. The HPV-Dell01 works fine. However, the HPV-Dell02 keeps logging this warning:

Log Name:      System

Source:        VMSMP

Date:          12/27/2010 5:16:33 PM

Event ID:      28

Task Category: None

Level:         Warning

Keywords:      Classic

User:          N/A

Computer:      HPV-DELL02

Description:

Port '8683DA1C-2A40-4D65-B7E4-D3C88ACE2244' was prevented from using MAC address '00-15-5D-00-93-00' because it is pinned to port 'E6DF37EC-36CC-4641-90F0-85D3FF51B2AC'.

Exch-mail02 on hpv-dell02 keeps having network issue. We can’t access it or ping it until reboot. Then after a few days, no one can ping it. If we can logon it from Hyper-V management, we find the NIC is disabled and can’t enable it. The only solution is rebooting the VM. Other VMs, exch-cas02 on hpv-dell02, exch-mail01 and exch-cas01 on hpv-dell01 don’t have this issue. I try to compare both servers’ network configuration, can’t find the difference. Any tools we can use to troubleshoot this issue?
