Where is space go in DPM Storage Pool - Resolution with screenshots

We are running DPM 2012. We use all 8TB spaces of two disks. We add another Drobo SAN with 16TB spaces and total are 24TB. However, when I try to add more data to backup, it shows I don't have enough spaces.

The Disk Management is 100% free.

The Storage pool details shows only 53GB disk space remaining.

In DPM Disk Management, it shows none on Protected data source. Where do the spaces go or how can I get them back?

Troubleshooting: The disk has been formatted as Windows drive. You have to remove that volume to have a blank disk. DPM can only utilize blank disks. These articles may help.
