Cannot logon HP Insight Manager Q1: I setup insight manager on DL380 running Windows 2003 for my client. I gave them the username and password. It worked before. Now, they can't logon IM any more. I try the same username and password I gave to them, but can't make it work. Any suggestions how we recover the password? A1:
HPSIM just uses domain credentials. They need to
ensuer they've included the domain name in the login box. What exactly is
