vEthernet adapter loss IP address settings on reboot - Resolution with screenshots

Situation: the client enabled Hyper-V on Server 2012 with 2 NICs. Whenever he reboots the host, the vEthernet adapter loss IP address settings. ipconfig shows APIPA 169.254.x.x. It only happens with 1 out of 2 virtual switches.

Troubleshooting: Make sure the vEthernet adapter is on the top of connection binding. To check that, open Network Connections, go to Advanced Settings.
