Situation: when the client tries to move a VM from one Windows 2012 R2 host to another host, he receive this message:

Failed to establish a connection with host: The credential supplied to the package were not recognized (0x8009030D). The Virtual machine Management Service failed to authenticate the connection for a Virtual Machine migration at the source host.
