The Virtual Machine is off because of the power outage

Event ID: 4 - Broadcom BCM5709C: The network link is down.  Check to make sure the network cable is properly connected.

Event ID: 7 - The initiator could not send an iSCSI PDU. Error status is given in the dump data.

Event ID: 20 - Connection to the target was lost. The initiator will attempt to retry the connection

Event ID: 39 - initiator sent a task management command to reset the target

Event ID: 49 - Target failed to respond in time to a Task Management request.

Event ID: 129 - source iScsiPrt cannot be found

Situation: The client has a hyper-v running on Windows 2008 R2 server. There are two virtual Machines install on SAN. Both Virtual Machines were off. The client would like to know why.

Troubleshooting: After reviewing the Event Logs, we found these Event ID:
