SCCM Distribute Software to Collection Wizard doesn't show all packages - Resolution with screenshots

Situation: When attempting to create a distribution using Distribute Software to Collection Wizard, you may not see all packages. In this screen shot, we have total 7 packages, but the Distribute Software to Collection Wizard shows only 5 packages. We don't have Install Adobe Reader 10.1.1 and Install Adobe Reader 10.1.3 listed.

Problem: If a package doesn't have a program, you won't see the package in Distribute Software to Collection Wizard. In our case, if you go to Install Adobe Reader 10.1.3>Program, ti shows There are no items to show in this view. You can create a program by right click on the Program. Select New>Program.
