Can’t delete unknown computer or systems in SCCM database  -  - Resolution with screenshots

Case 1: you can delete them under the 'All unknown system' collection .Normally, you only have two records here - one for x86 and one for x64. They are place holders to represent any machine that is no known to the site. This is needed so that you can target TS advertisements to any unknown machine. You should not delete these records.

Case 2: There really are no "unknown" systems, you may see some new clients pop in and out that show they are unknown but that's only until the TS completes and renames the objects to the appropriate name chosen during the build process.
