Event ID 1000 - Faulting application

Event ID 1002 - Hanging application

Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close

Resolution:

1. The computer may get spyware or malware and need to clean it.

2. Applications conflict. To troubleshoot, disable suspect applications, start the OS with clean boot or disable suspected software from Add-on.

3. One of some files are damaged. You may need to re-install them.
