System error 67 has occurred - The network name cannot be found

System error 51 has occurred- Windows cannot find the network path

Situation: All our servers and workstations can't access one Windows 2003 server even we can't ping it. If we tried the following commands on a remote computer to the problematic computer, we receive different messages.

C:\Documents and Settings\blin>net use \\172.16.215.29
System error 67 has occurred.

The network name cannot be found.

C:\Documents and Settings\blin>net view \\172.16.215.29
System error 51 has occurred.

Windows cannot find the network path. Verify that the network path is correct an
d the destination computer is not busy or turned off. If Windows still cannot find the network path, contact your network administrator.

Troubleshooting: when we checked the Properties of the LAN on the problematic server, we found the Client for Microsoft Networks and File and Printer Sharing for Microsoft Networks were disabled. After enabled Client for Microsoft Networks and File and Printer Sharing for Microsoft Networks, we can access the remote server.
