Can't install Hyper-V on HP DL380 G4 - Resolution with screenshots

Q: I searched in the Internet and people said DL380 G4 is 64 bit. But when I try to install Hyper-V, I get a message to ask me to enable the 64 bit on the BIOS. In the DL380 I have enable Processor Hyper-threading, but can't install the Hyper-V. Why.

A: It depends on what's the DL380 product number. If it is 293765-001, the DL380 G4 doesn't have Vanderpool technology (VT) and you don't have Processor Option to enable it. The DL380 G4 with 3.2GHz may come with 64bit processors. By the way, VMWare ESX don't require Virtualization Hardware - yes for 2008/Hyper-V you need it but VMWARE doesn't.
