Hyper-V Event ID: 32, 12010 and 12570 - can't start VM because of Virtual Network Settings

Situation: We have Windows 2008 R2 running Hyper-V with two Virtual machines. After we re-did Virtual Network, we can't start those Virtual machines with this error: "An error occurred while attempting to start the selected virtual machines". The Event Viewer has these logs:

Description:
Failed to connect NIC '99D06744-DDC7-43F3-BDFE-8D01558E47EA--3F7A0750-79FE-4584-B81C-40CBFDD20F68' to port '' on switch 'C36E587D-4', status = C000003A.

Fixed: The client has removed the original Virtual Network Connection and re-created a new one. If we open the Settings on the Virtual Machine, we see Ethernet Port Configuration Error. We fixed it by clicking on the Ethernet Port Configuration Error and select the new created virtual network as shown below.
