Can't install Windows 64-bit on HP 64-bit computer

Windows failed to start with 0xc000035a

Situation: when installing windows 2003 64-but on HO Blade480c running VMware, you can't continue the following screen.

Fixed: No-Execute Memory Protection was disabled. To enable it, restart the computer and then run BIOS.
