VMware VM Troubleshooting

VM has red or yellow !

If a VM has red or yellow !, it may has a configuration or connection issue.

Case 1: Two VMs are using the same IP address.

Case 2: Two VMs have duplicate host name.

Case 3: The client has some Pano devices that are setup Single User / Device type. However, the user has been removed from the OU. There are two solutions: 1) Unassign device from the Single User / Device type; 2) Change the Single User / Device type to pool type.
