The wizard cannot find any drives that are suitable for a backup destination - Resolution with screenshots

Q: I follow this article to setup server backup in Windows Server 2012 Essentials: How to Setup Server Backup in Windows Server 2012 Essentials - Step by step with screenshots. However, I receive this message: The wizard cannot find any drives that are suitable for a backup destination. Attach a backup drive to the server, and then click Refresh list.

Troubleshooting: As the message says, there is no drive to do the backup. The network mapped drives don't do it. In our case, we are running Windows Server 2012 Essentials. We create an external drive as VHD so that we can add it to the Windows Server 2012 Essentials. In other case, we added iSCSI drive to the server.
