Windows 7 Limited or Unidentified network

Case 1: The Windows 7 is setup using ICS, but the LAN uses different range, 192.168.10.0/24 while ICS LAN IP range is 192.168.0.0/24 as shown below.

Case 2: The LAN has a statics IP address which is different from others.

Case 3: The windows 7 can't get IP from the DHCP and uses 169.254.x.x IP.
