Peer Networking Grouping service isn't running

Case 1: The PNRP in Windows 7 doesn't run with this Event ID 102: "The Peer Name Resolution Protocol cloud did not start because the creation of the default identity failed with error code: 0x80630801."

Resolution: delete file name idstore.sst from this location: "C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\LocalService\AppData\Roaming\PeerNetworking\idstore.sst"

Case 2: I receive this message "Windows could not start the Peer Networking Grouping service on Local Computer. Error 1068: The dependency service or group failed to start." I need to delete idstore.sst on both computers and restart them.
