Windows 7 lost the internet connection after rebooting

Situation: Whenever rebooting a windows 7 computer, you may lose the Internet connection and NIC doesn't connect to the network. If you reinstall the NIC driver, it works again until reboot.

Case 1: Go to NIC Power Management to disable "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save  power". To do that, right click on the NIC and select Properties>Configuration>Power management.

Case 2: change the power plan. To do that, type power in the Start and select power saving.
