Can’t access Administrative share

Case 1: We are trying to install Kaspersky on all out computer, but have an issue. The Server needs to access admin$ on workstations. The server can’t access admin$ on some of our windows XP, Vista and 7.
In the problematic computer, if I enter net share on a workstation, it show all administrator share folder such as C$, Print$ and admin$, IPC$. But if I run net view \\remotepcipaddress, it shows only shared folder (if it has shared folders) but not administrator share. We also tested it by turn off the firewall. That doesn’t make any different.
Troubleshooting: To access Administrative share, you must enable File and Printer sharing on the client. To enable it, go to the Properties of the NIC connection. Check File and Printer Sharing.

Case 2: Make sure the File and Printer Sharing on the Firewall is enabled.

Case 3: It could be 3rd security software. Disable it for a test.

Case 4: Change network security and sharing mode to classic: On Windows XP, the default network sharing mode is 'Guest Only', which means that even if you log-on remotely as admin user, you'll only get the access rights of regular user. In order to change this mode, go to the 'Local Security Settings' in Administrative Tools of Control Panel, and under Local Policies->Security Options, find the option of 'Network and security model for local accounts' and change it to classic mode.

Alternatively, you can change the following Registry value to get the same effect:
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Lsa]
"forceguest"=dword:00000000

Case 5: change the registry.
1. Click on the orb (= the round button with the Windows logo in the taskbar) and type regedit in the search box.
2. Open the registry editor.
3. Navigate all the way to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System.
4. Right-click in the pane on the right side and add a new DWORD (32-bit).
5. Give the new setting the name LocalAccountTokenFilterPolicy.
6. Double click on that setting and give it a value of 1.
