Computer Browser issue and Event ID 8003

1. Function Discovery Resource Publication, SSDP Discovery, and UPnP Device Host services were not auto start. I have enabled them to auto start and they are running.

2. I have enabled netbios is enabled in TCP/IP properties of network card.

3. Have added

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Browser\Parameters
IsDomainMaster = true
MaintainServerList = yes

However, DC still logs Event ID 8003 every minute. After checking the registry carefully, I found there is a key called bowser as shown below. What's the bowser?

Also the Event Source is bowser.
