iSCSI issue after upgrading EqualLogic SAN Firmware

Case 1: Windows 2008 iSCSI freezes. The client has multiple servers connecting to a EqualLogic SAN volume. After they upgraded the SAN Firmware, it start to have this issue. To prevent to crush the data, it is recommended to limit one session to access one volume. Case 2: The client keeps losing their iSCSI logic drive. We found they have mutilple servers access to the same volume which is not recommended.

Case 3: When opening Windows Server Manager or Storage under Server Manager, it takes long time or freezes. If we disabled the iSCSI, it work fine. Please refer to case 1 for more details.
