“Cannot access folder because the path is too long or deep”

"File creation error - The semaphore timeout period has expired"

Symptoms: 1. When you attempt to copy, open, delete, or rename a folder by using Microsoft Windows NT Explorer or File Manager, you may receive the following error message:

Cannot delete folder - path too Deep Can't access this folder. Path is too long.

2. You may receive this message "File creation error - The semaphore timeout period has expired" when using xcopy to copy files/folders.
