Remote control failed - Error code 5: Access is denied

Symptom: When attempting to control a Terminal Server or Remote Desktop console session remotely, you may receive this error message: "Remote control failed. Error code 5: Access is denied".

Causes: The user doesn't have permission to control the session remotely.
