Remote control failed - Error code 7075: An attempt has been made to connect to a session whose video mode is not supported by the current client

Symptom: When attempting to control a Terminal Server or Remote Desktop console session remotely, you may receive this error message: "Remote control failed. Error code 7075: An attempt has been made to connect to a session whose video mode is not supported by the current client".

Causes: This issue can occur if you try to shadow a client computer using the incorrect screen resolution. For example, this error message occurs if the client session you shadow is using a 1024x768 screen area, and you are using an 800x600 screen area.
