Roaming Profile Event ID: 1000 - Access is denied. Symptom: When you try to log off Windows Terminal Server, you may receive the following error message, and your roaming profile is not saved: Event ID: 1000 - Description:
Windows cannot unload your registry file. If you have a roaming profile,
your settings are not replicated. Contact your administrator. Cause: The Windows Terminal Server uses an antivirus program or a backup program that is not compatible with the Terminal Server. Resolution: 1. Upgrade the anti-virus or backup software. 2. another workaround is disabling or removing the antivirus program or the backup program may fix the issue but it is not recommended.
