The disk is offline because it has a signature collision with another disk that is online

Situation: When trying to restore a Replication snapshot from EqualLogic SAN, the client receive this message as shown below and can't turn the disk online.

Cause: The Disk 5 is the volume of the Replication of the Disk 1 (SAN2).

Resolution: turn off the Disk.
