Situation: After install HP Managed Printing Admin, the client gets this message: "HTTP Error 403.1 - Forbidden: Execute Access Forbidden" when opening it. He has followed this troubleshooting, but can't fix it.

Resolution: He may need to enable "Execute permissions. To do that, please follow these steps.

1. Open IIS.
2. Right-click on the web site and select the Properties.
3. In the Home Directory, select Scripts and Executables in the Execute permissions.
4. Click o to save the settigns.
