Windows Quota Issues - Resolution with screenshots

Situation: The client enabled Quota in their Windows 2008 R2 server. They have some issues.

Case 1: The user can't save PDF file in the file server with this error: A file I/O error occurred. We found she is reaching the quota limitation. She can save it after we increased the quota spaces.

Case 2: Some users lost their shortcuts pointed to the file server. Turn off the Quota seems to fix the problem.
