Solved: Users receive a "Loading" message when using Exchange OWA

Problem: we are running Exchange Server 2003 in a front-end and back-end Outlook Web Access configuration. 
After rebooting the front-end Exchange, Users receive a "Loading" message when using Exchange OWA.

We have followed MS article 280823# :

Troubleshooting OWA when the contents frame displays “Loading” could not fix it.

We also tested run OWA in the Front-end server and received the same "loading" message.

Finally we compared both front-end and back-end servers and found the front-end had some new MS update while the back-end didn't have them. After loadedthe same MS update in the back-end fix the problem.
