Q: One of my users receives this message when he uses Exchange OWA: 
You are not authorized to view this page 
You might not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials you supplied. 

HTTP Error 403 - Forbidden 

A: It seems to me that OWA is disabled. To enable it, open ADUC and select the user's Properties. Select Exchange Features. Highlight the Outlook Web Access and click Enable.
