EMC Initialization failed: - Resolution with screenshots

Situation: After installing Certificate using IIS, EMC gets Initialization failed with this error:
The Following Error occurred while attempting to connect to the specified Exchange server "server.local:"
The attempt to connect to htt://server.local/Powershell using "Kerberos" authentication failed.

Troubleshooting: Navigate to Server Configuration and check the Exchange Certificates. It doesn't show the installed Certificate.

Resolution: Restart IIS by running iisrest.
