Server Configuration doesn't show in EMC - Resolution with screenshots

Situation: The client is running Exchange 2010 on Windows 2008 R2 DC. After making some changes on network and rebooting the server, the Exchange Management Console doesn't show Server Configuration. Outlook and OWA don't work.

Troubleshooting: The client also use the server test OWA. They check remember password. After changing the password, they had this issue. The resolution is opening Credentials from Control Panel. remove the cached password.
