Your meeting was forwarded issue in Outlook and OWA

We are running Exchange 2010. The secretary has full permissions to access her boss' Calendar. Whenever the secretary set an appointment for her boss, her boss receives confirmation email and "Your meeting was forwarded" notification. Why does the boss receives the notification but the secretary? Can we disable to send the notification to her boss?

Case 1: In Outlook 2010, click File -> Info -> Account Settings -> Delegate Access, you should be able to see the secretary is listed in the delegate list, right?

Check the option “My delegates only, but send a copy of meeting requests and responses to me (recommended)"

Case 2: In Exchange 2010, we may run the following command to disable the notification:

Set-CalendarProcessing -Identity username -RemoveForwardedMeetingNotifications $True

Replace the username with the user domain ID, for example blin.
